Adam Nach

Adam Nach is the founder of Lane & Nach, PC, and Peak Performance Restructuring Services, PC, specializing in commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and creditor relations. A Board Certified Bankruptcy Law Specialist, Adam has been named to the Super Lawyers list and is highly rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He frequently lectures for various legal associations and is involved in numerous philanthropic organizations, including the American Jewish Committee, Anti-Defamation League, and Boys and Girls Club.

Together, Beth Jo, Adam, and their sons, Ben, Reuben and Aaron, are dedicated to advancing Jewish and secular causes through their extensive volunteering and philanthropy.
