This Valley Legends Pickleball League is open to those 55+ and are at an intermediate level with above average experience! Matches are every Monday, round-robin style, four 15-minute games with five minute breaks, and partners are switched each game. This is a great way to get active, make new friends, and compete! Awards will be given to the top three finishers at the end of the eight-week season. Don’t miss out on the fun!

These lessons focus on techniques, strategies, and mental focus. Players will learn spin serves, drop shots, shot selection, and court positioning. Players will develop a versatile attack arsenal, master the forehand and backhand roll, and improve their reset skills. Other key aspects include court awareness, patience, communication in doubles, and mental toughness.
