Lifeguard Instructor Certification Class | August 1 + 2The American Red Cross Lifeguarding Instructor course equips participants with the skills and knowledge to teach lifeguards to prevent, recognize, and respond to aquatic emergencies, as well as provide care until EMS arrives. Those who successfully complete the course will earn an American Red Cross Instructor certificate for Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED, which is valid for 2 years. Prerequisites: Cost and Refund Policy: Instructor candidates who are new to teaching students in courses like those offered by the Red Cross must meet the following criteria:
