Players with a basic understanding and skill set will develop a versatile attack arsenal and master ball and court control. Players will receive further understanding of strategy and rules.
Players will learn the basics, receive in depth understanding of the rules and court strategy, as well as develop versatile attack arsenal and master ball and court control.
With two co-ed age group options available (9-11 + 12-15), players will develop the fundamentals of volleyball while refining their individual skillsets.

This 2-day American Red Cross Lifeguarding course provides participants with the knowledge and skills to prevent, recognize and respond to aquatic emergencies and to provide care until EMS arrives. Participants who successfully complete the lifeguarding course earn an American Red Cross certificate for Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED that is valid for 2 years.
