Adult Programming
We aim to offer accessible, enriching, and valuable Adult Programming experiences at little to no cost to members, supported by individual donors, corporate partners, and foundations who provide essential funding.
Please note the following guidelines regarding our refund policy:
- Awareness: We encourage you to carefully review program and event dates before registering to ensure your availability.
- Non-Attendance: All sales of program and event tickets are final. We regret that we cannot issue refunds or credits for non-attendance.
- Life Events: If you are unable to attend a registered and paid program or event due to illness or other hardship, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the event. In such cases, we can issue a credit to your account for a future program or event ticket.
- Program Changes: All events and programs are subject to change or rescheduling. In the case of postponement or rescheduling, your ticket(s) will be automatically transferred to the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, we will provide a full refund or credit.
- Cancellations: Should a program be canceled, we will notify ticket holders via email and provide a full refund or credit.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies, which help us continue offering quality programming to our community. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Photography
By entering the Ina Levine Jewish Community Campus/Valley of the Sun JCC, and/or an affiliated offsite event/program, you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.
Your entry and presence on the Ina Levine Jewish Community Campus/Valley of the Sun JCC, and/or an affiliated offsite event/program, premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with the Ina Levine Jewish Community Campus/Valley of the Sun JCC and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news, and advertising.
By entering the Ina Levine Jewish Community Campus/Valley of the Sun JCC, and/or an affiliated offsite event/program, premises you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event/program, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video, or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.
You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event premises.
