Enjoy creating beautiful watercolor paintings in a relaxed, non-competitive environment. All levels of painters, from absolute beginners through advanced, are welcome. In this class, different watercolor techniques will be covered, such as painting in a splashy style as well as a semi-dry brush, negative painting, utilizing salt and sponges to add texture and masking off portions of the painting.

For parents of children ages 0 through 10. The brain is a complicated organ. Learn how beliefs create thoughts, thoughts create emotions, and our emotions drive our behaviors. Examine your own belief systems, thoughts, and feelings so you can teach healthy coping strategies for your children. Learn how to understand your brain so you can “Parent to Your Highest Good.” The best way to teach social and emotional skills to young children is to model self-regulation during times of emotional upset. You CAN handle hard things. We are all in this together!

Join us at the Valley of the Sun for our 55+ Legends of the Court Pickleball League! Enjoy round-robin matches, switching partners each game, with four 15-minute games every Monday and 5-minute breaks in between. This is a great chance to get active, make new friends, and compete!
