With other dads, an uncensored space to talk about the challenges and joys of being a parent, sharing tips about managing wellness and mental health, discussion about Judaism and fatherhood, and brief meditation practices to develop dad zen.
This program is for ages 4-7 offering an Israeli childhood experience focused on creating a community through exposure to Israeli culture, Jewish holidays, Israeli songs, literature, art, music, science, theater, and more. The program is run in Hebrew with translations. In addition to twice-monthly sessions, several family events will be offered, dates TBA.
