Family heirlooms offer a unique window into our family history, evoking memories and stories tied to those who came before us. In this workshop, we will explore the significance of these heirlooms, whether they are physical objects or mental images, and engage in writing activities to capture their descriptive and narrative details. Through reflection and discussion, participants will generate ideas and bring these treasured items to life through writing. The workshop consists of three sessions: the first will focus on generating ideas and initial drafts, the second on sharing revised drafts and offering feedback, and the third on presenting polished pieces. Participants are welcome to attend any session, whether to share their work or simply offer feedback to others. Flexibility is encouraged, allowing for a supportive and creative environment for all.
