Henriette has nearly 12 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector. Before joining The J, she supported youth and adults with cognitive and developmental disabilities, as well as children with autism and their families. Henriette specializes in conceptualizing, planning, and implementing collaborative programming. She earned a BA in Social Work in the Netherlands and completed continuing education in Group Therapy at Bar-Ilan University in Israel. Outside of work, Henriette enjoys hosting friends and family, traveling, and exploring Arizona’s hiking and biking trails. She values The J for its vibrant, purpose-driven environment and the meaningful connections she builds daily.
