Oded is the Chief Executive Officer of the Valley of the Sun Jewish Community Center, bringing more than a decade of dynamic leadership experience in Jewish communal life, education, and business management. Known for his vision, energy, and people-first approach, Oded is passionate about strengthening Jewish life, fostering meaningful connections, and creating an inclusive community where individuals of all ages can grow and thrive. Oded holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management, both from Endicott College, blending business acumen with a deep commitment to service and excellence. His leadership is guided by empathy, collaboration, and a drive to inspire innovation across every facet of the organization. Originally from Israel, Oded brings a global perspective and a lifelong dedication to Jewish values and identity. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his wife and two young children, fishing, watching sports, and exploring his passion for travel, having visited more than 40 countries around the world.
