This class empowers children to feed their body and mind through the joy of cooking! Each session blends mindfulness techniques with culinary art, fostering a positive mindset while teaching essential kitchen skills. Participants will explore the connection between food, feelings, and focus, all through engaging, hands-on cooking experiences that inspire creativity and well-being.

This program is an introduction to the game of chess with a different lesson each week (starting with the basics and getting more in-depth as the session continues). Students will practice what they learned after each lesson in games with the other club members.

Building on William Shakespeare’s groundbreaking scripts, students in this drama enrichment class can expect to learn how to articulate, improv, and have fun both on-stage and off – as they experience Shakespeare’s London. Budding thespians will immerse themselves in his words and themes – and bring to life a contemporary musical retelling of the winter classic, Twelfth Night.
