Mindful Cooks | Grades K-4 | 4-5:15pm

This class teaches children how to nourish their bodies and their souls. Children will learn positive mindset skills along with culinary art skills through an exciting cooking experience!

Let’s Get Moving; fun and challenging!! We will do some plyometrics, running, skipping, and some fun ways to do push-ups, sit-ups, and stretching!

Hip Hop/Jazz dance classes are created especially for children 6-12 years of age. Using popular music the students start learning dances and choreography quickly as well as learning various dance elements. Our version of hip-hop/jazz dance is extremely tasteful and clean and our priority is offering age-appropriate material in a fun way!
Adventures in STEM using LEGO® Materials

Let your imagination run wild with tens of thousands of LEGO® parts! Build engineer-designed projects and use special pieces to create your own unique designs! Projects are rotated seasonally to ensure that both new and returning students can explore the endless creative possibilities of the LEGO® building system.

Children already love to draw – we just give them a solid foundation that will take their drawings from doodles to confidence-boosting achievements. Our innovative step-by-step approach allows them to be successful regardless of artistic ability. They will complete drawings each week suitable for framing! New lessons every session!

This program is for ages 4-7 offering an Israeli childhood experience focused on creating a community through exposure to Israeli culture, Jewish holidays, Israeli songs, literature, art, music, science, theater, and more. The program is run in Hebrew with translations. In addition to twice-monthly sessions, several family events will be offered, dates TBA.
