This 2-day The American Red Cross Lifeguarding course provides participants with the knowledge and skills to prevent, recognize and respond to aquatic emergencies and to provide care until EMS arrives. Participants who successfully complete the lifeguarding course earn an American Red Cross certificate for Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED that is valid for 2 years.
