Camp: Destination

Camp: Destination hires individuals 18 years of older to join our counselor team and be the backbone of creating the experience of a lifetime for countless kids entering Kindergarten – 12th Grade!

As a counselor, you would be responsible for fostering a safe, fun, & meaningful experience for every child who joins our program – cultivating community, building incredible memories, and playing the role of a trusted & exciting adult who every child can look up to and feel safe with. In addition, counselors learn valuable, transferable skills in programming, leadership, and teamwork, create lifelong friendships with fellow staff members, and feel the power of being a part of a community & experience wider than themselves – even during employment!
