Alison Hendeles Early Childhood Center
Our childcare and preschool provides a safe and loving environment where each child’s natural curiosity, intelligence, and interests are nurtured.
Our accredited program supports children from ages 6 weeks to Pre-K, helping them develop their Jewish identity while fostering a love for learning.
Summer Camps at The J
With two exciting options—Kochavim for ages 2–K and Shemesh for grades K–10—we’ve got something for everyone. Our camps offer a blast of activities, from swimming and arts and crafts to thrilling explorations, all led by our amazing staff.
J Family Camp
Save the Date! Introducing J Family Camp, a memorable 2-night, 2-day adventure in the scenic Prescott, AZ mountains.
Enjoy a “J-style” Shabbat with Mr. Erez, fun activities led by your favorite Valley of the Sun J staff, and the beautiful natural surroundings of Camp Friendly Pines.
Club J is Here for Your Afterschool Needs
At The J, our afterschool, half-day, and school’s out programs offer K–5 children fun and supervised activities like group games, gym time, arts and crafts, playground fun, and a ninja course. Each day includes quiet time for homework help and a nutritious kosher snack.

Kids Club: More Flexibility, More Fun!
Great news! Our Kids Club is open and free for all members. Drop off your little ones for up to 90 minutes while you work out or use our workstations. You must remain on-site to use the Kids Club.
