Danielle Costanzo Dorsey is the Director of Administration at The J. Prior to joining the organization, she worked in Stewardship and Donor Relations, developing expertise in communications, project management, and workflow optimization. Danielle holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from DePaul University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, twin boys, and dog, and loves getting lost in a good book or planning her next trip.
