Abby Hafen

Abby has been passionate about fitness and healthy movement for as long as she can remember. Through her own fitness journey, she came to understand that as we age, our bodies change—workouts look different, recovery takes longer, and maintaining strength, mobility, and flexibility becomes increasingly important. This realization inspired her to pursue a career in fitness and earn her certification as a personal trainer, with the goal of helping others stay strong, capable, and confident through every stage of life.

Abby specializes in working with older adults and individuals living with Parkinson’s disease. She is known for her supportive coaching style, thoughtful programming, and ability to meet each client where they are. Her training approach emphasizes strength, balance, mobility, and movement quality to help clients improve function, reduce fall risk, maintain independence, and continue doing the activities they love. As a PWR!Moves® Certified Instructor, Abby enjoys working with people living with Parkinson’s disease. She is passionate about helping clients reduce symptoms, improve mobility and cognitive function, and build confidence through purposeful exercise. Working with the Parkinson’s community has been especially meaningful to her—their resilience, determination, and commitment to keep moving continually inspire her and reinforce her belief in the transformative power of exercise.
