Pamela White

Pamela White brings more than 25 years of nonprofit fundraising and community engagement experience to The J. Throughout her career, she has worked with organizations to build meaningful relationships with donors, corporations, foundations, and community leaders to support missions that strengthen and enrich lives.

Pamela’s connection to The J spans decades. In 1999, she served as the Capital Campaign Director, helping raise the funds needed to build what is now the Ina Levine Jewish Community Campus. Years later, The J would become an important part of her family’s story.

In 2005, while her three-year-old daughter Victoria was undergoing treatment for Stage IV cancer, The J became a source of support and compassion. Although her younger daughter, Phoebe, was not enrolled at the preschool, The J welcomed her with open arms and provided care at no cost during one of the most challenging times in their lives. That experience forever shaped Pamela’s understanding of the power of community and inspired her commitment to giving back.

As both a former employee and a family who benefited from The J’s generosity, Pamela is passionate about ensuring that others have access to the programs, services, and sense of belonging that make The J such a special place. She believes philanthropy is about creating opportunities, building connections, and helping people thrive.

Pamela is the proud mother of two daughters, Victoria and Phoebe and two dogs, JJ and Bandito. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, fitness, travel, and spending time with family and friends.
