This registration covers the full team enrollment (8 – 12 players) for the Rec League. Designed with recreational play in mind, this division is open to those 18 and up and is ideal for players with all different athletic backgrounds and experience.
The American Red Cross Junior Lifeguarding Course has a strong focus on developing swimming skills to help participants meet the Lifeguarding course prerequisites. The course also introduces participants to lifesaving skills such as in-water rescues, use of a rescue tube, first aid, CPR and use of an AED. Participants will shadow lifeguards in rotation to get a real sense of being on the job for the possibility of future employment.
J Swim Club is hosting its summer league for swimmers of all skill levels, focusing on teaching the fundamentals of competitive swimming. You will learn the four competitive strokes, the ability to flip, turn, and dive. Two “Splash Meets” put skills to the test in a friendly competition. Walk-overs available for Shemesh campers.

The Rudashevski Diary: Life and Loss in the Vilna Ghetto recounts the diary of daily life in the Vilna Ghetto by the young teenager, Yitskhok Rudashevski. Although tragically murdered in the killing fields of Ponary, his diary miraculously survived and provides a poignant and insightful account of life in the Ghetto during the Holocaust.
