Build confidence, coordination, and character—one kick at a time! Little Warriors Karate is a fun, high-energy class designed especially for preschoolers. Through age-appropriate games, obstacle courses, and beginner martial arts techniques, children will learn the fundamentals of karate in a safe, encouraging, and supportive environment.
Each class focuses on developing gross motor skills, balance, coordination, agility, and body awareness while helping children improve listening skills, focus, self-control, and confidence. Young students will practice basic punches, kicks, blocks, and stances while learning important life skills like respect, discipline, perseverance, and teamwork.
With exciting activities, positive reinforcement, and plenty of opportunities to celebrate success, Little Warriors Karate helps children stay active, make new friends, and build the confidence to take on new challenges—both on and off the mat. Every class is filled with smiles, movement, and fun as our little warriors grow stronger inside and out!
