  • Safety First: All youth staff undergo thorough background checks, hold CPR, First Aid, and Stop the Bleed certifications, and possess fingerprint clearance cards. They receive ongoing training to ensure top-notch care.
  • Licensed Excellence: We are licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services (AZDHS).
  • Low Ratios: We maintain a staff-to-child ratio of 1:10 or better, with administrative staff always on site for added support.
