Dear JCC Members and Friends,

After a thoughtful and thorough national search, we are pleased to announce that Dina Shuster has been selected as the next Chief Executive Officer of the Valley of the Sun J, effective October 1, 2026.

Dina brings extensive nonprofit and Jewish communal leadership experience, including senior leadership roles with UJA-Federation of New York and serving as Deputy Executive Director at the Sid Jacobson JCC in East Hills, New York.

Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to building thriving communities, fostering a culture of excellence, expanding membership and programming, enhancing quality standards, and leading innovative initiatives that strengthen organizational impact.

We are confident that Dina’s collaborative leadership style, strategic vision, and passion for Jewish community will help guide The J into its next chapter. We look forward to welcoming her to our J family and introducing her to our members, participants, and the broader community in the coming months.
